Ann, Field Services Director at UMF, attended the annual Learning and the Brain Conference in Boston. We were talking about it...it's her favorite conference to attend. I told her I knew about it because it was the favorite conference of my mentor back at Lamplighter, Sheila, who doesn't get to go very often, but loves going. She was assigned to sit at table of 8 at the conference and guess who was at her table. Neither of them goes every year, so the odds weren't in their favor for being there the same year, much less being at the same table.
I don't remember the details if they figured out they knew me at the conference or if Ann and I figured it out after the fact.
